What happens if it rains on my scheduled service day?
If it is a rainy day, we can usually reschedule your slot to a non-rainy day. However, as we cannot control the weather, we may not always be able to accommodate changes if it rains for several days or weeks in a row.
What is your schedule like over the December holidays?
We have a team available during December, but we are closed over Christmas and public holidays. If you need servicing during these periods, it can be arranged for an additional fee. We value our team and wish to respect their family time during the festive season.
Is your team's arrival time consistent each week?
We aim to secure a consistent time slot and day of the week that best suits your needs and schedule. However, if you require frequent changes (such as every three months), we cannot guarantee ongoing flexibility for such adjustments.
Can the scheduled service day and time change every three months?
While we strive to accommodate your schedule, we are unable to secure a slot for you and then change it around every three months. We recommend selecting a day and time that aligns best with your long-term needs.
What services do you offer?
Our core services include lawn cutting, edging, weed control, paving weed removal, and tree trimming. Additionally, we offer wheelie bin washing and braai cleaning as add-on services. Please note, we are not just a lawnmower and leaf blowing company; we strive to deliver a comprehensive, professional service.

Absolutely! We are happy to come out, assess your property, and provide a formal quote. This also gives us an opportunity to better understand your needs and address any frustrations you may have experienced with previous service providers.
