Monthly Subscription Services is Payable Monthly upfront for the month of service delivery, by the 1st day of each month.
Monthly Service will be suspended without notice if the monthly fee has not been received.
Monthly Subscription Services are supplied at a discounted rate.
Once off Services are payable upfront in order to confirm the booking.
In the event of inclement weather and the service cannot be delivered, a new time will be scheduled, rescheduling can only be done once for each scheduled service.
In the event of client unavailability without prior notice, the service will be cancelled for the scheduled day, without the opportunity to reschedule and the service will not be refunded.
All services are rendered at the client’s own risk.
By accepting this proposal, the client indemnifies Bonolo or any of its employees of any claims and damages.
